Update on the Porch

Well, here it is. It is really getting exciting. The rain has made it a little harder (and lots messier) but they've kept on.

Here is our "crew": John Dineen, James Dineen, and Michael Shearer

Third and last party was with the Berthold's. Uncle Ralph and Aunt Eileen were even able to join the celebration. Brad did a great job of capturing Corbin's expressions. He was so excited with every present. 2 is a really fun age.

We are on dial-up so it takes me awhile to upload the pictures. Sorry for the delay. Continuing Corbin's Birthday...
Second time was with Nana and PawPaw. Got to play on the porch, eat cake and be with the Sebree family.

Corbin's 2nd Birthday

We had to celebrate 3 times so Corbin walks around singing, "Happy Birthday to you"!
The first celebration was at home. We made a train cake and Cozy and Truman were able to decorate their own cars and ended up covering the whole train with candy - there was no empty spot!

Still September

Okay, so I'm still talking about events in September!!! I couldn't not mention the birth of my new little niece, Olivia Belle. (Cozette is so thrilled that someone in our family is named "Belle") I was even able to make it in time to see my first birth! Micah was absolutely amazing. She was nicer IN labor than OUT!! :-)

I turned 30 this year! I just can't belive that I'm not in my twenties anymore. I just don't feel old enough to be 30!!! Pretty pathetic pix but when you are the main picture taker the choices are limited. :-)

Construction has started and my kids are loving everything about it: the rocks, cement, boards of wood all over the place, John "Illiam" and James being here all the time, and anything else that makes a mess.

Truman able to climb up to the top of the swing.

Cozette finally able to dress up someone else.

Activities in September

Okay, I made 3 trips to TN (3rd times the charm :-) so I'm a little behind. Brad fills in but pictures of the house just isn't the same. :-) I'm going to just give you the highlights of the month:

Christi and Isaiah came to see us from FL!!

We went to Buffalo Trace Park.

Christi taught them the story of Joseph
